Check-in is the simple way you validate your visit for any activity, whether it's at a gym, a studio, or an online class.
⚠️ A check-in is required for all activities, except for our Partner Apps. It must be done through the Wellhub app. Learn how to check in.
Here are the key things to know about how check-in works:
- How many per day? Except for the Digital plan, all plans include one check-in per day in the Standard Access category. Some plans may include additional benefits, such as Premium Classes or Private Sessions.
- Is it personal? Yes, your check-in is personal and non-transferable. It must be done on your own device.
- How long is it valid? A check-in is valid for the partner's opening hours on the day it was made. Once you leave the partner space, the check-in is considered used.
Yes, you must check in for every class you've booked on the Wellhub app, whether it's in-person or online. The check-in button will appear in the app 30 minutes before the class starts.
💡 Don't worry if you forget to check in right away. You have up to 30 minutes after the class ends to complete your check-in.
If you don't check in, the partner may deny you entry.
If you forget to check in within the allowed time or cancel a class outside the cancellation window, it will be counted as a no-show or late cancellation. This will use up your check-in for the day, and your ability to book new classes will be put on hold.
The number of activities available with one check-in depends on the partner. Some partners may offer options such as:
- Gym: allows access only to the gym area.
- Classes: allows participation in a single class.
- Gym + Classes: allows access to both the gym area and the classes offered by the partner.
The ability to cancel a check-in depends on the type of activity:

In-person: You can cancel before the partner confirms your presence. The partner has up to 20 minutes to validate the check-in. Once the check-in is validated, it cannot be canceled.
⚠️ To ensure you don't lose your check-in for the day, check the opening hours and only check in on the Wellhub app when you are at the partner's front desk. You won't be able to cancel your check-in if the gym or studio is closed. - Online: The check-in is validated automatically and can’t be canceled.
If you're having trouble checking in, here are a few common solutions:
- Make sure your Wellhub app is up to date.
- Check your internet connection, or try turning your phone's wifi off and on.
- Confirm that location services are enabled for the Wellhub app in your phone's settings.
- Make sure you haven't exceeded the check-in device limit.
- Check if the partner you want to visit is included in your plan, or if at least one of the services you want to access is available.
- Try moving to a different area with a better signal, like near a window or outside the front doors.
