To access benefit usage data, you’ll need Admin or Analytics permissions on Wellhub for Companies.
To view usage data:
- Log in to Wellhub for Companies.
- If there 's more than one, select the company name or the All companies option in the upper left corner of the page.
- Click on Dashboard for an overview of Engagement and Subscriber preferences.
- For more details, click Explore more in each section and customize the data view.
Available benefit usage data:

Engagement: total of eligible employees who have created an account, subscribed to a plan, or added family members throughout the selected period.
💡 Active family members’ usage data will also appear in this section in case one or more companies of the same group offer this option to its employees. - Subscriber preferences: total check-ins for the selected period, average of check-ins per subscriber, most active cities, favorite partners, plans most subscribed to, activity type, and more.

You can also access and download more usage data in the Reports menu on Wellhub for Companies.
