You have two ways to access your partnership details, depending on what you need.
The fastest way to see your current conditions is directly in the Partner Portal. We've created the Partnership tab so you can find this information any time.
- Log in to your Partner Portal.
- Go to the Partnership section in the main menu.
Here you’ll find a summary of your key commercial terms, such as payment per check-in, late cancellation fees, accepted plans, and max payment per visitor.
Your official partnership agreement was emailed to you when you first signed up.
This contract was sent via DocuSign. We recommend searching your email inbox for the "Completed" email from DocuSign, which contains your full agreement as a PDF for download.
If you can't find that email, you can also try logging into your DocuSign account (if you created one) to see your completed documents.
If you have searched your email and still cannot find your agreement, please contact our support team, and we'll assist you.
