This guide explains the main types of partnerships we offer and how to apply.
Find your partnership type
We have three main partnership categories. Please find the one that best describes your business to see the correct application path.
This is our most common partnership. The process is simple and has three main steps:
1 - Submit your application
- First, you'll need a verified Google Business Profile for your location and a clear price list.
- Go to our partner sign-up page and follow the prompts to fill in your details.
💡 If you can't find your business by name, try searching by your full street address instead. This is often the most reliable way to locate a newly registered business.
Double-check your address
Make sure your address on Google is 100% correct, including the exact street name, number, and any suite or unit numbers. An accurate Google profile is the single most important step to ensure members can find you and check in successfully.
2 - Review your proposal & sign the contract
Within about 3 business days, our team will review your application and email you a partnership proposal. This will include the details of our payment model:
- You get paid for every visit: We pay you a set rate for every valid Wellhub check-in at your facility.
- It's a monthly payment cycle: Payments are processed on the 15th of each month (or the next business day) for all validated check-ins from the previous calendar month.
- You have full transparency: You can track your check-ins and see a detailed breakdown of your upcoming payments at any time in the Partner Portal.
Once you review and digitally sign the contract, you're officially a partner!
3 - Get onboarded and go live
After you sign the contract, we'll guide you through setting up your profile and preparing for your first Wellhub visitor. See your next steps in our Guide to new Wellhub partners.
Our partnership with individual coaches is managed through our dedicated platform, Trainiac by Wellhub.
- What you'll need: You must hold a valid certification from ACE, NSCA, ACSM, or NASM.
- How to apply: Learn how to apply as a Wellness Coach.
If you have a digital wellness app that you would like to offer to Wellhub members, we have a dedicated process for app partnerships.
- How to apply: Please submit your interest through our web form, and our team will review your submission.
What if your business doesn't fit these categories?
Our partnership models are currently focused on the types listed above. We are always evaluating new opportunities, but if your business model (for example, an online-only nutrition platform without an app) doesn't align with these categories, we will not have a compatible partnership path at this time.
