The Check-ins menu in the Partner Portal is your real-time page for all visitor activity. Here's a guide to what you can find on it.
What you'll find on the Check-ins page:
- Location Selector: If you have multiple locations, you can use the dropdown menu at the top to switch between them.
- View pending check-ins: This is a shortcut that takes you to the Check-ins to confirm page to validate any new or pending check-in requests from members.
- Today's check-ins: This section provides a real-time list of all check-ins that have been successfully confirmed today.

Check-ins history: This section gives you a month-by-month overview of your check-in volume. From here, you can:
- Click See details for any month to view a detailed log of all past check-ins.
- Report a visitor for suspicious activity by finding their check-in and clicking the report flag next to their name. Learn more about how and when to report a visitor.
