Wellhub for Companies is your central platform for managing every aspect of your company's Wellhub benefit. After you sign your contract, you'll receive an email to create your account. Learn how to access it for the first time.

Your homepage provides a quick overview and shortcuts to key actions:
- Employee engagement overview: See the number of employees, members, subscribers, and check-ins at a glance.
- QR or sign-up link: Quickly find your company's unique sign-up link and QR code.
- Invoices: See an overview of your company’s latest invoice.
- Engagement materials: Access our library of promotional materials to help you drive adoption.
This is where you manage your employee list, which is the database of everyone who is eligible for the benefit. You can add new employees, remove employees who have left, or upload a new list entirely. Learn how to update your employee list.
In these sections, you can find detailed insights and data on your benefit's performance, including employee engagement, check-in history, and overall usage.
In this section, you can create and manage company-wide challenges to promote healthy habits and increase employee engagement. Learn how to create challenges.
In the Billing section, you can manage all your company's invoices. You can check payment status, view your full billing history, and download invoices or payroll deduction files, and add and manage Purchase Orders (POs).
In the Subscription section, you can check the details of your company's current Wellhub subscription, Payment Details and, in some cases, update your payment method.
The Settings menu allows you to manage the portal itself. The options you see here depend on the view you are in.
- If you manage a group of companies, the main "aggregate view" allows you to add or remove other administrators and manage their permission levels for the entire group.
- When viewing a single company, you can manage company-specific settings, such as your automatic email invitation preferences or advanced automation options.
💡 If you manage a group of companies, remember to first select the specific company you wish to manage from the dropdown menu at the top of the page to access all its individual settings.
Important note for multi-entity companies
If you manage the Wellhub benefit for more than one company under the same Tax ID, remember to always select the correct company name in the upper left corner of the main menu.
