Access to international gyms and studios depends on whether your employer has enabled International Check-ins. If it’s available in your plan, you and your eligible Family Members can work out in 13 different countries, keeping up your wellbeing routine, uninterrupted.
When you arrive at your destination, your app will automatically update to show the partners available to you. No need to notify us or adjust anything manually— just book classes and check in like you normally would!
You can use International check-ins in the US, UK, Ireland, Brazil, Chile, Mexico, Argentina, Spain, Germany, Portugal, Canada, Italy, and Romania.
No. The app will automatically recognize your location when you arrive abroad and show the local gyms and studios available.
Wellhub plan structures vary by country. When you travel, your plan name stays the same, but the gyms, studios, and premium services available may differ depending on the country you're visiting. The app will make it clear for you which partners are available in your plan and which may be accessed with a different plan.
It's free for Wellhub subscribers. If your company has enabled International Check-ins, this benefit is included at no extra cost for you and your eligible Family Members.

International Check-ins only cover in-person gyms and studios. Online Live Classes are not included while traveling abroad, but you can continue to use and access wellness apps uninterrupted.

Yes. You can upgrade your plan abroad just like you would at home, and the payment is made in your home currency. To know which plan you’ll need to access a gym, check the partner’s page in the app.

By using your Wellhub plan in a country other than your home country, you are automatically subject to the terms of service for that destination. This is a standard process that ensures your experience remains seamless while complying with all relevant local laws.
