To help you explore with confidence, the Wellhub app shows what's included with your plan and any usage limits. This guide explains how these features work.
When you open a partner's page, you'll see a tag at the top that instantly tells you what level of access your current plan provides. Here’s what each tag means:
- ✅ Included in your plan: Great news! Your plan gives you access to all of this partner's services that are available on Wellhub.
- ⚠️ Partially included in your plan: Your plan gives you access to at least one, but not all, of this partner's services. Scroll down the partner's page to check exactly which services are available to you.
- ❌ Available from [plan name]: This partner is not available on your current plan. The page will show you which plan is needed to gain access.
To make access rules as clear as possible, it's helpful to understand that there are two types of limits.
-
Your Plan's Overall Limits
These are the overall usage rules for your entire Wellhub subscription for certain categories of activities (like Premium Classes or Private Sessions).
-
Example: Your plan might give you a total of 8 Private Sessions per month. You can use these 8 sessions across any eligible massage, nutrition, or personal training partners.
💡 When you travel internationally, these plan limits will automatically adjust to match the rules of the country you are visiting. For a complete guide on how this works, please check our article on how to use your Wellhub plan while travelling.

Specific Partner Limits
These are rules set by an individual partner for their specific location or services.
- Example: Your plan may allow you to visit one "Standard" gym per day. However, a specific gym might have its own rule allowing Wellhub members only 4 visits per month. This limit will be clearly displayed on their page.
You can always check your current access and track your usage directly in the app:
- On the Partner's Page: All applicable limits are listed clearly for each service.
- On the Check-in Screen: When you go to check in, you will see a tracker showing your usage for any applicable limit (e.g., "You've used 1 of 4 check-ins this month").
