You can find all your commercial conditions, including your accepted Wellhub plans and payment rates, directly in your Partner Portal. This guide will show you where to look and how to understand the information you see.
How to find your information:
- Log in to your Partner Portal.
- In the main menu, click on Partnership.
- If you have multiple locations, select the one you wish to view from the dropdown menu.
- On this page, you will see a list of all your products (like "Class" or "Bike"). Click on a specific product to see its detailed commercial conditions.
⚠️ Each product may have different commercial conditions, including different payment rates, usage limits, and rules for no-shows. Be sure to check the details for each product you offer.
Once you select a specific product, you will find a clear summary of your agreement.
At the top of the page, you’ll see the starting plan accepted at your location. This is the first plan tier that grants a visitor access. To see a complete list of every Wellhub plan that can access your services, click the See All Plans button.
💡 How are plans determined? Our team determines your starting plan based on a variety of factors, including your location, services offered, and the commercial conditions in your contract. This is to ensure we maintain a sustainable marketplace that connects you with the right visitors.
