By partnering with Thanks Ben, your monthly membership can be fully funded with your flexible benefit allowance, so there are no out-of-pocket costs for standard plans.
Setting up your account through Thanks Ben is a quick, one-time process. Follow these steps to ensure your corporate benefits link correctly:
- Log in to your Thanks Ben account. Go to your benefits marketplace and select the Wellhub tile.
- Choose the Credit Pack that best fits your lifestyle using your monthly company allowance. Buying a pack unlocks your baseline Wellhub tier at no cost to you.
- Download the Wellhub app and tap Sign up.
- Input your official work email address. Please use the same email address as on Thanks Ben to properly link the credits to your plan.
- Your credits will automatically be deposited, and your plan will be activated on the 1st of the upcoming month. If you are a new user signing up mid-month, your credits will arrive at the start of the next billing cycle, but you can still log in immediately to browse nearby venues.
Wellhub, through Thanks Ben, operates entirely on a credit system where £1 = 1 Wellhub Credit. Your Credit Pack is paid for using your Thanks Ben allowance, so it does not affect your personal bank account or salary.
- 10 Credits (£10/month): Starter plan (470+ gyms and 50 Partner Apps).
- 20 Credits (£20/month): Basic plan (1,300+ gyms including Anytime Fitness, Energie, Everlast, and 51 Partner Apps).
- 35 Credits (£35/month): Bronze plan (1,900+ gyms including Bannatyne, Better, Everyone Active, and 53 Partner Apps).
- 50 Credits (£50/month): Silver plan (2,700+ gyms including Nuffield Health, Fitness First, Village, and 53 Partner Apps).
- 90 Credits (£90/month): Gold plan (3,200+ gyms including F45, Gymbox, Hotpod Yoga, and 56+ Partner Apps).
Tip
You are never locked into a single partner contract. You can visit any venue included in your unlocked tier once per day, across multiple different brands and locations globally.
- Automatic Renewals: Your chosen Credit Pack automatically renews on the 1st of every month using your Thanks Ben allowance. There is no need to manually re-purchase it.
- Changing Plan Tiers: You can switch to a higher or lower Credit Pack at any time inside Thanks Ben. The changes will take effect from your next monthly billing cycle.
- Pausing or Cancelling: Because there are no long-term contracts, you can cancel or pause your pack whenever you like within Thanks Ben. If you cancel mid-month, your plan will remain fully active until the final day of that month and won't renew or deduct the allowance for the next month. Reactivating later is entirely free, and your account history will be preserved.
If you want top-tier access to premium venues like Barry's, 1Rebel, or TEN, you can easily upgrade to Platinum, Diamond, or Diamond+.
- Start with any pack: You do not need to buy the Gold pack first; you can upgrade from any baseline Credit Pack.
- Pay the difference: Wellhub applies your Thanks Ben allowance credits first, and you simply top up the remaining cost inside the Wellhub app using a personal debit/credit card or Apple Pay.
- Save out-of-pocket cash: The larger the Credit Pack you buy through Thanks Ben, the less personal money you have to pay for the upgrade. For example, if you want to access the Platinum tier, it will cost you an extra £125/month out-of-pocket if you started with a Starter Pack (10 credits), but only £45/month if you started with a Gold Pack (90 credits).
Tip
Thanks Ben allowance cannot be used directly to pay for top-up balances; these must go through your personal payment method in the app.
- Credits are missing, or the plan hasn't unlocked: Remember that credits are only loaded on the 1st of the month. If you signed up mid-month, your plan will activate at the start of the next cycle. If it is past the 1st, try logging out of the Wellhub app and logging back in to refresh the account dashboard.
- Account accidentally created with a personal email: If you used a personal email address, your credits cannot be linked. To fix this, create a brand new Wellhub account using your corporate work email. Your Thanks Ben credits will automatically find and unlock this new account on the 1st of the month.
