Understanding your payments is key to a successful partnership. This guide explains how your payout is calculated and where to find all the details in the Partner Portal.
When are payments made?
Payments are processed by the 15th of each month and are sent to the bank account registered in the Partner Portal. Our video guide explains how the payment window works:
Your final payout is based on the terms in your contract. Here are the key concepts:
- Payment per Check-in: This is the base rate you receive for each validated visit.
-
$0.00 Check-ins: You may see a validated check-in with a $0.00 value. This is for one of two contractual reasons:
- First Visit Free: Your contract may include a "First Visit Free" for new Wellhub visitors.
- Max Payment per Visitor: Your contract may include a monthly payment cap for each individual visitor. Any check-ins from that same visitor after this cap has been reached will appear as $0.00.
- Adjustments: Your payout may also include adjustments for other events, such as partial payments for No-Shows & Late Cancellations or a Success Fee commission, or a Cash Advance deduction, as defined in your contract.
💡 Each product you offer (like "Class" or "Gym Access") can have its own unique commercial conditions. This means your payment per check-in, usage limits, and other rules may be different for each one.
You can find all your financial information in the Partner Portal.
- To see your specific commercial conditions (like your payment per check-in or success fee rates), go to the Partnership tab.
- To see your past payment statements and download detailed reports, go to the Finance tab.
The best way to see how your specific commercial conditions are applied is to use our in-portal tool.
- Log in to the Partner Portal and go to the Partnership tab.
- Select the product you wish to see the commercial conditions.
- Click the button that says How conditions are applied.
This will open a detailed, personalized breakdown that explains exactly how your earnings are calculated.
If you haven't received your payment by the 17th of the month, or if you see a "Failed" status in your portal, this is a separate issue. Learn what to do if your payout fails.
