When the company cancels the contract with Wellhub, active plans remain available until each collaborator's individual renewal date. See below how this termination impacts active subscriptions:
- Scheduled termination of subscriptions: Upon ending the contract with Wellhub, all active plans (monthly or annual, for account holders and family members) will remain available for use until the individual renewal date of each collaborator or family member. The cancellation of the plans is automatically scheduled for the next renewal date.

Interruption of access and billing: As soon as the renewal date of each collaborator or family member ends, their eligibility for the benefit and access to the Wellhub app will be terminated. From that moment on, new charges will not be generated.
📌 Example: If the collaborator subscribes to the plan on January 10th, the renewal date goes until February 10th. The collaborator can use the benefit normally within this period.

"We inform you that the contract between the company and Wellhub has ended. Check what happens to your access and subscriptions:
- Guaranteed use until renewal: All active plans (account holders and dependents) remain available for normal use until the date of your next individual renewal.
- Automatic cancellation: After the renewal date, the plan will be canceled automatically by the system, with no manual action required.
- End of billing: Once the renewal date is reached, access to the app will be interrupted and there will be no new charges.
- 📌 Practical example: If your cycle expires on the 10th of each month, you can use all gyms and services normally until the 10th of the following month. After this date, the plan is terminated."
