What is the Member Get Member program?

Member Get Member has three simple steps:

1. Get your link. If you're eligible, you'll receive a Wellhub email with your unique invitation link.
2. Share it with a coworker. Send your link to a coworker at your company who doesn't have Wellhub yet. You can share it however you prefer: WhatsApp, Slack, email, or any other channel.
3. Both of you earn a reward. Your coworker gets up to US$ 25 / R$ 50 off their first month, applied automatically at checkout. You earn US$ 25 / R$ 50 in Wellhub credits after your coworker starts their 3rd month as a paid subscriber.

Who can invite?

To invite coworkers, you need to be currently employed at a participating company and have an active Wellhub plan. Family members aren't eligible to invite.

Who can you invite?

You can invite coworkers from your same company who:

• Are eligible for a Wellhub plan through your employer.
• Don't currently have an active Wellhub plan.

If your coworker doesn't meet these conditions, the discount won't apply, and you won't earn the credit.

How to share your link

1. Open the Wellhub invitation email.
2. Copy your unique invitation link.
3. Share it with your coworker through any channel you prefer.

Is there a limit on invitations?

You can share your link with as many coworkers as you'd like. You'll earn one credit (US$ 25 / R$ 50) for each coworker who subscribes and stays active for 3 months — up to a maximum of 5 credits per month.

If a coworker shared their Wellhub invitation link with you, you can join with a special discount.

What's the benefit?

You'll get up to US$ 25 / R$ 50 off your first month on any paid Wellhub plan. The discount is applied automatically at the plan selection screen — no promo code needed.

Who can use an invitation?

To use an invitation, you need to:

• Work at the same company as the coworker who invited you.
• Be eligible for a Wellhub plan through your employer.
• Not currently have an active Wellhub plan.

How to use your invitation

1. Tap the invitation link your coworker shared with you.
2. Sign up for a new Wellhub account, or log in if you already have one.
3. Choose your plan. Your discount will appear automatically at the plan selection screen.
4. Complete your purchase to activate your plan.

⚠️ You have 14 days from the moment you access Wellhub through the link to complete your subscription. If you wait longer, the discount won't apply.

For coworkers receiving an invitation

The discount is up to US$ 25 / R$ 50 off the first month. The exact amount depends on the plan chosen — the discount is capped at this value. It's a one-time benefit applied at checkout, and following payments will be at the regular price.

For subscribers inviting coworkers

The credit is US$ 25 / R$ 50, applied automatically to the next subscription charge after your coworker starts their 3rd month as a paid subscriber. This is approximately 60 days after they subscribe.

For example, if your coworker subscribes in May, you can expect your credit around July.

💡 Good to know about the credit

• The credit is applied automatically — there's nothing you need to do.
• If your company subsidizes part of your plan, the credit is deducted from the portion you actually pay.
• If the credit exceeds the amount you pay in a month, the remaining balance rolls over to the following months.
• Credits can only be applied to your own subscription. They can't be used for family member plans or for other fees.
• Credits are non-transferable and can't be exchanged for cash.

The discount didn't appear at checkout

A few common reasons:

• The invitation link wasn't used to access Wellhub before signing up or logging in.
• It's been more than 14 days since accessing Wellhub through the link.
• The coworker already has an active Wellhub plan.
• The coworker isn't eligible for Wellhub at the company.

If none of these apply, please contact our team and share a screenshot of the plan selection screen so we can look into it.

My coworker subscribed, but I haven't received my credit

Make sure:

• Your coworker accessed Wellhub directly through your invitation link.
• They purchased a paid plan within 14 days of clicking the link.
• They've completed their 3rd month as a paid subscriber (approximately 60 days after subscribing).

If all of the above is true and the credit hasn't appeared, please contact our team, and we'll investigate.

I lost my invitation email

Try searching your inbox for "Member Get Member" or "Wellhub invite." Our team isn't able to generate new invitation links manually, so the email is the only way to access your unique link.

My coworker clicked someone else's link before mine

The credit goes to the coworker whose link was used most recently to access Wellhub, meaning the last link clicked before signing up or logging in. If your link was the last one used before they accessed Wellhub, the reward is yours.

My coworker paused or cancelled before completing 3 months

The credit is only applied after your coworker starts their 3rd month as a paid subscriber. If they pause, cancel, or downgrade to a Digital plan before that, the credit won't be applied.

• Only active paid subscribers at participating companies can invite coworkers.
• The Digital plan doesn't qualify for the program, since it's an unpaid plan.
• Wellhub may adjust reward limits, eligibility, or program terms at any time. Credits can be revoked in cases of suspected fraud or misuse.
