A paused Wellhub plan will automatically resume on the selected return date, but the Primary Account Holder can also resume it early at any time.
📌 If you are a Family Member, the Primary Account Holder on your account will need to resume your plan for you.
To resume the Primary Account Holder's plan:
- In the app, go to Profile > Settings > Account.
- Under Subscription, tap Manage subscription.
- Tap Resume subscription and confirm.
To resume a Family Member's plan:
- In the app, go to Profile > Settings > Family Members.
- Find the family member, tap the 3 dots, and select Manage Subscription.
- Tap Resume subscription and confirm.
💡 Resumption is immediate, and the Wellhub benefits can be used right away.
Important note
Resuming the Primary Account Holder's plan doesn’t automatically resume any family member plans. The process must be repeated for each individual subscription.
The consequences of resuming a plan depend on your subscription type:
- For Monthly Subscriptions: Resuming your plan will change your next billing date. For a detailed explanation and to calculate your new date, please check our calculator.
- For Annual Subscriptions: Resuming your plan does not change your monthly billing date. Instead, your 12-month commitment end date will be recalculated. Learn more about the Annual Subscription.
💡 Bear in mind: reactivated plans are not eligible for a refund, as they are a continuation of a previously activated or contracted service.
