If your organisation offers the family member benefit, the account holder can add parents, children or a spouse.
Check below the relationships permitted by our policy:
✅ Who is eligible:
- Spouse or partner: Spouse, civil partner or fiancé.
- Children: Including biological, adoptive and stepchildren.
- Parents: Including biological, adoptive and stepparents.
💡 Attention: Only one spouse or partner is allowed per account.
❌ Who is not eligible:
Other relatives or acquaintances do not fall under the Wellhub family policy. This includes:
- Siblings.
- Grandparents and grandchildren.
- Aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
- Parents-in-law.
- Friends or boyfriends/girlfriends (without a civil partnership or formal documentation).
What happens if an ineligible family member is added?
To ensure the benefit remains sustainable and fair for all organisations and partners, we perform constant checks.
If we identify that a registration does not comply with the eligibility and kinship rules, the family member's account may be blocked for analysis. This measure is necessary to comply with our Terms of Use.
How to manage a family member's subscription?
If you need to make any changes or corrections, the account holder can manage their family members' subscriptions directly through the app.
