The Partner Portal is the website where you can manage your partnership with Wellhub.
💡 There is no separate mobile app for partners. All your tools are in the portal, which you can access from any browser on your computer or phone.
Already have a Wellhub account with that email?
You won't receive a new invitation. Go to the Partner Portal login page and use your existing password, or click Forgot your password? to set a new one.
First-time access
If you are the person who signed the partnership contract, you will receive an email with the subject line "Welcome to Wellhub! Set up your Partner Portal account."
- Find this welcome email in your inbox (remember to check your spam folder).
- Click the unique access link inside that email.
- Create your secure password when prompted.
💡 After being added, it may take up to 5 minutes for the new gym profile to appear in your account menu.
When an admin adds you as a staff user, you’ll receive an email invitation to join the Partner Portal. Click the link inside to create your password.

Troubleshooting common login issues
Before diving into specific issues, these two steps solve the most common problems:
- Clear your browser's cache and cookies.
- Try logging in again using an Incognito or Private browser window.
If the problem continues, find your specific issue below.
- Go to the Partner Portal login page.
- Click Forgot your password? and follow the instructions.
💡 If you don't receive the reset email within 15 minutes, please check your spam, junk, and promotions folders.
This is a common browser issue. The "quick fixes" mentioned above (clearing your cache and using an incognito window) are the most effective solutions for this specific problem.
This is a security feature to protect your account.
- For staff users trying to log in: Click the Request access button on the screen.
- For the account Admin: You will receive a notification. To approve the new device, log in, go to Settings > My devices, and approve the pending request.
This usually means your account hasn't been activated yet. Please find your original "Welcome to Wellhub!" email and click the activation link.
💡 If you’re a staff user, and cannot find the email, ask the Admin to Resend invitation on the Partner Portal.
There’s no problem if you've used the same email for both. Just note that any changes made will apply to both accounts.
