The Reseller Hub is a tool designed to help our Channel Partners identify business opportunities and streamline the client launch process. This guide explains how to access the tool and use its key features.
- First Access: Once your partnership is official, you'll receive a "Welcome to Reseller Hub" email with a link to create your password. Your email will be your username.
- Login & Security:
- Standard Login: Most partners log in with a username and password. Note that if you do not log in for 35 days, your access may be deactivated for security reasons.
- Token Access (Light Version): Some partners may be required to enter a temporary token sent to their email each time they log in. This token is valid for 10 minutes.
- Password Reset: If you've forgotten your password, use the "Forgot your password?" link on the login page.
- Blocked Account: If your account is blocked or inactive, please contact our support team to have it reactivated.
The Reseller Hub supports two primary business models for partnering with clients:
- Reseller Model: You offer Wellhub as part of your services. We invoice you, and you manage the billing relationship with the client (paying on their behalf).
- Referral Model: You refer a client to Wellhub. The client contracts directly with us, and you receive a commission for the referral.
The core function of the Reseller Hub is to check if a company is eligible to be launched.
- For a single company: Fill in the company's information. You must validate using the company's Tax ID.
- For multiple companies: You can download the CSV template, fill it in, and upload the file to receive a report via email with the results.
The Reseller Hub allows you to initiate the sales process, which is then finalized by our team.
- After querying a company, if the result is "Available," fill in the required Contact Information and Commercial Details (such as employee count and business model).
- Click Send Request.
- This automatically creates an opportunity in our system assigned to a Channel Partner Account Executive. They will contact you to finalize the contract and complete the implementation.
Note: Premium partners using the "Massive Query" tool may have options to "Consult and launch clients" in bulk, which sends deals directly to our Dealdesk for approval.
If a company you look up is already a Wellhub client, you may be able to offer them additional products they don't yet have.
- On the query results screen, click Start Request.
- Select the new products you'd like to offer and the business model you'll be using.
- Click Submit request. This will notify our sales team to begin the process.
If a company is already using Wellhub, you may request to take over the payment for their existing plans.
- On the query results screen, click Start Request.
- Select the products you wish to take over.
- Important: This is only possible under the Reseller Model (where you pay the invoice).
- Click Submit request. Our team will review the request and contact you within 5 business days.
If you encounter an error or a bug while using the Reseller Hub, please contact our support team with:
- The email address of the user who saw the error.
- A description of the action you were trying to perform.
- A screenshot of the error message.
