When the company cancels its contract with Wellhub, active plans stay available right up until each collaborator's individual renewal date. Here’s a look at how this wrap-up impacts active subscriptions:
- Scheduled subscription closure: After ending the contract with Wellhub, all active plans (whether monthly or annual, for account holders and family members) will still be ready to use until the individual renewal date for each collaborator or family member. The plans are automatically scheduled to cancel on their next renewal date.

Stopping access and payments: As soon as the renewal date for each collaborator or family member passes, their eligibility for the benefit and access to the Wellhub app will end. From that point onwards, no new charges will be made.
📌 Example: If the collaborator signs up for the plan on the 10th of January, the renewal date runs until the 10th of February. The collaborator can use the benefit as usual during this time.

We'd like to let you know that the contract between the company and Wellhub has come to an end. Here’s how things stand with your access and subscriptions:
- Guaranteed use until renewal: All active plans (for both account holders and dependants) are still available to use as normal until the date of your next individual renewal.
- Automatic cancellation: After your renewal date, the system will automatically cancel the plan, so you don't need to do anything manually.
- End of payments: Once you reach the renewal date, access to the app will stop and you won't be charged again.
- 📌 Practical example: If your cycle runs out on the 10th of the month, you can carry on using all the gyms and services as normal until the 10th of the following month. After this date, the plan closes.
