You have the right to access the personal information you share with Wellhub. Here’s how to request and download your data in two simple steps.

Submit your request
First, you'll need to request your data file in the Wellhub app:
- Go to your Profile and tap the Settings gear icon.
- Select
Account, and then Download data.
- Tap Submit request.
- For security, enter your password and tap Continue.
You'll receive an email notification in a few days when your data is ready.

Download your data
Once you receive the "Your personal data file is ready to download" email, click on the Download file button. After confirming your password again, you'll be taken to the download page.
Here, you have a choice:
- You can download specific categories of your data (like Account info or Usage history) as separate files.
- Or, you can download all your data at once in a single.zip file.

Important note
The download link for your file will be available for 7 days from the moment you receive the email. If you don't download it within this time, the link will expire, and you will need to submit a new request.
