Adding your phone number helps keep your Wellhub account more secure and gives you another way to recover it if you ever forget your password.
- In the Wellhub app, go to Profile > Settings (gear icon) > Account.
- Under Account details, tap Mobile number.
- Enter your mobile number (including country code and area code).
- Select your communications preferences. You’ll see an optional checkbox to agree to receive marketing messages.
💡 You can always change your choices for marketing messages, or manage security message settings later, in your Communication Preferences.
- We'll text you a 6-digit code. Enter this code in the app to verify your number.
📌 You can update or remove your phone number at any time on this same Mobile number section.
If you're having trouble receiving the verification code, here are a few things to check:
- Update your app: First, make sure you have the latest version of the Wellhub app installed.
- Check your number: First, double-check that you entered your mobile number correctly, including the full country and area code.
- Check your spam folder: Some phones automatically filter messages from unknown numbers. Please check your spam or junk folder for the SMS.
- Check your signal: You might have a poor signal. Try moving to an area with better service or restarting your phone before requesting the code again.
- Check with your carrier: It's also possible your phone carrier might be blocking these types of automated verification messages.

A phone number can only be linked to one Wellhub account. If you add a number already being used, just confirm it with the code we send you. Once that's done, we'll automatically link the number to your account and remove it from the previous one.
We'll also email the person using the other account to let them know the number was removed from their profile.
