If you're changing jobs to another company that also offers Wellhub, or if you've recently become eligible for Wellhub in a new way, you don't need to create a new account. You can link your new eligibility to your existing account and keep all your history.
How to add or change your provider
If your account is active and your current payment method is credit card, debit card, or Apple Pay, you can easily change your provider through the Wellhub app.
- In the Wellhub app, go to Profile and tap the gear icon to access settings.
💡 If your account doesn't currently have an active provider, you may see a button to Add a provider on your home screen. - Go to the Account field and select Wellhub Provider.
- Select the new company and enter the eligibility key provided by your new HR.
- Validate the eligibility when necessary and confirm the changes.
📌 If you see the "We couldn't confirm your eligibility" error, select the option to be notified as soon as your access is ready.
Tip
Make sure your login email is a personal one. This ensures you can always access your Wellhub account, even if you lose access to a work email. Learn how to change your login email.
You won't be able to change your provider in the Wellhub app if:
- You have an active Annual Subscription: In this specific case, you must contact our support team.
- You are in a free trial period, have a paused plan, or a scheduled cancellation/downgrade: The app will not allow the provider change during any of these statuses. It is necessary to wait for the free trial to end, or wait for the cancellation, change, or reactivation of the plan to take effect before proceeding.
- You use payroll deduction as your payment method: It is not possible to change your company if the payment method is payroll deduction. First, it is necessary to update your payment method to a valid digital method (credit/debit card, Apple Pay, etc.).
- You are moving to a company located in another country: The Change Provider option is only valid for companies in the same country. If you are moving to a provider in another location, it is necessary to follow the standard sign-up process for the new region to activate your benefit with the new company, creating a new account.
- You have family members (active or pending): It is not possible to change the provider if you have family members added to the account. For now, it is necessary to cancel the plan of all active family members to proceed with the move. If the new company offers the option to add family members, it is possible to add them again with the new provider.
If you’re currently a Family Member, but have become eligible for your own Wellhub benefit (for example, through your new job), you can switch to your own plan.
First, the Primary Account Holder must cancel your Family Member plan. Once your plan is canceled at the end of the billing cycle, you can then follow the steps above to add your new company as a provider to your existing account.
If your new company doesn't offer Wellhub, you may still be able to continue your plan with a special one-time offer. Learn more about continuing with Wellhub after leaving the company that offered Wellhub.
