To try a Wellhub plan for free, the company providing the benefit must offer a free trial period.
💡 Before activating the plan, it's important to check if the free trial offer is still available through your company. If you activate a plan when the offer is no longer valid, you’ll be charged.
If your company provides a valid free trial, follow these steps:
- Log in or sign up in the Wellhub app.
- Choose the plan you want to test and tap Try X days for free.
- Review the end date of the trial and your first charge date, then select Continue.
- Fill in the payment information and tap Subscribe.
Important note
Your subscription will be renewed automatically, and you’ll be charged for the plan you chose as soon as the free trial period ends. If you don't want to be charged for the plan you chose, you must cancel or change your subscription by the last day of the free trial. Canceling the plan during the free period ends the trial immediately.
It’s possible to change plans for free during the available trial days if you don't choose the Digital plan.
⚠️ However, there is one important exception: If you choose an Annual Subscription for your trial, you can’t switch to a plan on a Monthly Subscription during the trial. To make that change, you would need to cancel your trial and then sign up again.
