Your Partner ID (sometimes called a Gym ID) is your unique identification number in the Wellhub system. Providing this ID is the fastest and most accurate way for our support team to help you with any questions.
How to find your Partner ID
- Log in to the Partner Portal.
- On the Home page, look for the Units ID section.
- If you don't see your Partner ID immediately, click View all. Your Partner ID is the number listed next to your location's name.
What if you have multiple locations?
If you have more than one location, each will have its own unique Partner ID. You can see a full list of all your locations and their IDs by clicking the View all button in the "Units ID" section on your Home page.
