Your profile in the Wellhub app is your digital storefront. Keeping it accurate and appealing is key to attracting members. This guide is your complete reference for managing everything in the App content section of the Partner Portal.
Your display name is the official name members see in the app. For security and data consistency, this change must be handled by our support team.
- What to do: Please contact our support team with your Partner ID and the exact new name you would like to use.
- 💡 Changing your legal name? If you also need to update your official legal/tax name, this is a separate process that requires legal documentation. Please inform our support team if this is the case.
Most of your profile information can be updated directly by you in the Partner Portal.
- Log in to the Partner Portal.
- In the main menu, click on App content.
- Select the General tab to edit your Logo, Photo Gallery, Opening Hours, Amenities, and Contact Info.

Select the Services tab to edit the specific Activities you offer (like "Yoga" or "Swimming").

- Click the pencil icon next to the section you wish to edit, make your changes, and click Publish or Submit to review.
To ensure a high-quality experience for members, some content updates require review by our team.
- Instant Updates: Changes to Opening Hours, Amenities, and Contact Information are typically live instantly.
- Requires Review (Up to 3 Business Days): Changes to your Logo, Photos, Description, and Important Information are reviewed by our team. You will be notified by email if your content is not approved.
If you are unable to save changes in the App content section, it is likely for one of two reasons:
- Your Profile is Still in Setup: If you are a new partner, you will not be able to make edits until your profile is fully active. Please wait for the "Welcome to Wellhub" email confirming your profile is live.
- Your Partnership is Paused: If your partnership has been temporarily paused, editing functions will be disabled. Please contact support to reactivate your account.
