Once you've added your phone number, you can easily choose which communications you receive from Wellhub.
- Login to the Wellhub app and go to Profile
- Tap the Setting icon, then tap Account.
- Under Communication, tap Text messages.
- You'll see toggles for different message types:
a) Security and Account: These are important texts, like verification codes needed for certain actions.
b) Marketing: These include news about Wellhub, offers, and feature updates. - Tap the toggles to switch messages on or off anytime.
💡 You can also opt-out of SMS messages by replying STOP. Keep in mind this only stops the type of SMS you reply to – either Security and Account or Marketing. To stop both kinds, you'll need to reply STOP to one SMS of each type.
Important note
If you turn off Security and Account SMS, we'll ask you to confirm. Doing this means you won't get essential verification codes via SMS, which could affect things like resetting your password using your phone number.
