If you’re using an iPhone and need help completing a verification step (like adding a mobile number or changing your email), a new Safari privacy feature might be the cause.
This guide helps you resolve it.
Recent iOS versions include a Safari feature called “Advanced Tracking and Fingerprinting Protection”. This security function can sometimes interfere with the verification codes needed to complete certain actions on your Wellhub account.
The simplest solution is to temporarily disable this feature while you complete the verification. You can turn it back on straight after.
How to disable the setting:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
- Scroll down and tap Safari.
- Scroll down again and tap Advanced.
- Tap Advanced Tracking and Fingerprinting Protection.
- Toggle the option off.
Once done, return to the Wellhub app and try the verification step again. After completing the action, follow the same steps to enable the protection again.
Tip
This protection is always active in Private Browsing mode. Because of this, verification steps might not work in a private tab. We recommend always using a normal tab for the best experience.
