The company only pays a fee to make the dependents package available, while the payment of the plan memberships is entirely the employee's responsibility. See below how this is reflected in your billing:
Dependent inclusion fee
For employees to include dependents, the company needs to hire an additional package. Your corporate invoice will only include the value of this service fee to make the package available to your base. This value is fixed in the contract and charged on the same invoice as your standard corporate subscription.
Payment of plan memberships
The memberships for the plans chosen by family members are not charged to the company. The employee who owns the account is responsible for, performs, and manages the payment for the dependents' subscriptions directly through the Wellhub app.
Counting on the eligibility list
Registered dependents use the platform independently and do not occupy spots on your eligibility list. They are not counted in the calculation of active employees for company billing purposes.
How to check the invoice details?
To view what is being charged, follow the instructions below:
- Access the Wellhub for companies portal and go to the Billing tab.
- Click the arrow next to the desired invoice and select View details.
