Subscription payments are prepaid, meaning you pay before you use the benefit.
Charges are monthly and occur on the date your plan was activated. This date can’t be changed.
Example: if you activated your subscription on the 5th, your future payments will also be on the 5th of each following month.

Yes. Each added family member counts as a separate subscription. Depending on the chosen plan, a new payment will be required.
For the Primary Account Holder and All Family Members:
These payment methods can be set as the single, shared payment method for the entire family.
- Credit card
- Debit card
- Apple Pay
For the Primary Account Holder's Subscription ONLY:
These personal payment methods cannot be used for family member subscriptions.
- HSA or FSA card
- Paycheck deduction (only if offered by your company)
To simplify billing, all family member subscriptions on an account are charged to a single payment method.
The Primary Account Holder can manage this payment method and can also add an optional Backup Payment Method to ensure payments are never missed.

If your payment is declined on your billing date, here's what happens:
- We’ll automatically retry the payment a few times.
- Your plan will be suspended, and you won’t be able to use it until the payment goes through.
- If the payment isn’t authorized after 30 days, the plan will be canceled.
💡 To avoid this, we recommend making the payment as soon as possible so you can keep using Wellhub. Learn what to do if your payment is declined.
If your company provides you with Wellhub Credits (Flexible Benefits), they will be automatically applied to your subscription payment to fully cover or reduce its cost.
If the plan you selected isn’t fully covered by your credits, there will be a charge to your personal payment method for the amount due.
⚠️ Wellhub Credits provided to an employee are for their own plan and don’t cover Family Member subscriptions.
Since payments are made in advance, when you cancel your plan, it remains active and available for use until the last day of the billing period.
To avoid being charged, cancel it before the renewal date.
