Can't log in to your Wellhub account? This guide will help you troubleshoot the most common issues and get back in.
First, check if your account is blocked
If you're seeing a message that your account is blocked, this is different from a login issue. A block is typically for a policy reason. Learn more about what can cause an account to be blocked.
This is the most common issue. If you've forgotten your password, you can easily reset it using your login email, your recovery email, or a verified phone number. Learn how to reset your password.
Important note
After you reset your password, you’ll still need to use your login email to sign in. If you're not sure what your login email is, please check the "If you don't know your login email" section of this article.
If you're not sure which email you used to log in, here are a few ways to find it.
1: For Primary Account Holders (using your eligibility email)
Your eligibility email is usually your work email.
- Open the Wellhub app and tap Log in.
- Enter your eligibility email and your correct Wellhub password, then tap Log in.
- A new screen will appear showing you your correct login email.
2: For any user with a recovery email
If you have a Recovery Email set up on your account, you can use it to find your login email.
- Open the Wellhub app and tap Log in.
- Enter your Recovery Email and your correct Wellhub password, then tap Log in.
- You will see an error message. On this screen, tap the recover your email button.
- Follow the prompts to verify your identity, and the app will display your correct login email.
If you no longer have access to your registered login email (for example, after changing jobs), you can still recover your account if you have a recovery email or a verified phone number set up.
Here's how to regain access:
- First, reset your password using your recovery email or phone number.
- Next, you'll need to find your login email by following the steps in the "If you don't know your login email" section of this article.
- Finally, log in using your inaccessible login email and your new password.
- Once you're in, immediately go to your account settings to change your login email to one you can access. Learn how to change your email.

If you're sure your email and password are correct, but are still having trouble (for example, if the screen is spinning or you're stuck in a loop), it may be due to a browser setting on your phone. Here are a few final things to try:
- Enable cookies: The Wellhub app requires cookies to be enabled in your phone's default browser for proper functioning.
- Try a different browser: Temporarily setting a different browser (like Firefox or Chrome) as your phone's default can also help.
