If you forgot your Wellhub password, you can reset it using your login email, recovery email, or verified mobile number.
When selecting Forgot your password, you'll be redirected to all the password recovery methods you previously added and that are linked to the email address provided. To reset your password, follow these steps:
- Open the Wellhub app and tap Log in.
- Enter your registered email and tap Continue.
- Tap Forgot your password?.
- Choose where you want to receive the verification code (email, SMS, or WhatsApp, depending on the options linked to your account) and enter the received code.
- Create your new password and tap Update password.
💡 If your email works as a recovery key for more than one Wellhub account, you must select which specific profile you want to access before completing the process.
Important
Entering an incorrect verification code multiple times blocks the account recovery flow for 5 minutes. Wait this time to request a new code.
If you are still waiting for the code or link, check the following situations:
- Registered data: check if the entered email or number is correct.
- For email: check your inbox and also your spam or junk folders.
- For mobile: ensure your device has a strong signal and check whether the number has any carrier blocks on receiving messages. Check also the SMS spam folder.
