Unable to check-in or book new classes?
If you can't check in or book new classes, don't worry: your account hasn't been blocked.
In this case, there may be no-show or late cancellation of booked classes. For more information, please refer to our content regarding late cancellations and no-shows.
If the company offers the benefit, the account holder can add up to 3 family members, respecting kinship rules (spouse/partner, parents, or children).
💡 Attention: Only one spouse or partner is allowed per account.
We perform constant checks to ensure the security of the benefit. If we identify that a family member does not meet the eligibility criteria (such as siblings, aunts/uncles, or friends), or if an incorrect registration is suspected, that family member's account will be blocked.

If a subscription payment is disputed with your bank (a chargeback), the account is automatically blocked until the payment dispute is analyzed and closed by the bank.
Your Wellhub account is personal and cannot be shared, sold, or transferred.
For security purposes, we monitor for unusual activity, such as logins from many different devices. If we detect activity that suggests account sharing, the account may be blocked preventively for a security analysis.
Wellhub is a corporate benefit. If an account was obtained through a third party or by someone not currently eligible through a company, it will be blocked.
